Minister and Ministry Mentorship

Overview

Our Minister and Ministry Mentorship program is designed to support pastors and churches through capacity development and mentorship. We come alongside pastors to enable growth, mentorship, and support both directly and through networking with other pastors and churches in the fellowship.

Objectives:

To provide personal growth and ministry effectiveness.
To foster collaboration and mutual accountability within the fellowship.
To offer practical support and resources for ministry development.

One-on-One Mentorship: Personalized mentorship sessions with experienced pastors.
Group Networking: Opportunities to connect and learn from other pastors and ministry leaders.
Resource Sharing: Access to a wealth of resources, including books, articles, and training materials.
Pastoral Support: Emotional and spiritual support for pastors and their families.

Church Governance Training

These trainings are led by the National Governing Council members who are experienced in church governance. The trainings provide the needed tools for Boards and Executive leadership teams in steering their churches into best practices.
