Our Leadership Development program is designed to equip pastors and ministry leaders to grow and fulfill their God-given potential. Starting with Lead Pastors, we provide the necessary tools and resources to enable effective ministry and personal growth.

To develop best-practices material relevant to the context of churches in our region.

To foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the fellowship.

Church Governance Training

These trainings are led by the National Governing Council members who are experienced in church governance. The trainings provide the needed tools for Boards and Executive leadership teams in steering their churches into best practices.
